HOW TO ORDER

Orders may be placed using our secure online ordering system, our mail/fax order form or your institution's purchase order. Phone orders (1-800-4Planet) require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Please use both the item numbers and the title names when ordering. All orders must be accompanied by a purchase order number, check, or credit card to guarantee payment.

PRICING POLICY
Most of the videos in our collection are not available anywhere else. Many have been produced by independent, award-winning producers who support themselves by selling their videos to schools and institutions through the Video Project. Our prices, on average, are lower than any of our competitors, because we are dedicated to getting as many quality videos as we can to schools.

SHIPPING
U.S. orders will normally be shipped UPS GROUND. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery as your item/s may be on backorder.

FEDEX OVERNIGHT - $24.95 for first item, $2.00 per additional item

PLEASE NOTE
Orders are sent to our shipping facility the day after they are processed. If you place an order for overnight delivery on Monday, your package will arrive on Wednesday. If you require same day shipping, please call us to place your order at 1-800-4-PLANET. A $5 rush fee may apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Not all titles are available for international purchase. Please e-mail us your order and shipping address and what version of cassette you require. We will e-mail availability and exact costs. PAL versions cost an additional $10-$40 per cassette, depending on program. International orders must be prepaid in US dollars. Canadians, please add $6 extra to the shipping charge.

PREVIEWS
Videos are available for 30-day purchase approval consideration by qualified institutions in the U.S. and Canada only. Please send or fax a purchase order for the full price of all videos, plus shipping. For California include sales tax (8.5% in San Francisco County, 7.5% in the rest of California).

Organizations without purchase orders may use a credit card to secure previews (Visa or Mastercard). To avoid being charged, you are responsible for safe return of all videos you do not wish to purchase within 30 days of their receipt, including all shipping charges. If you have any questions about this policy, please call us.

We are not currently renting our titles.

COPYRIGHT
These media programs are protected by international copyright law. They may not be copied, altered, webcast, cablecast, or broadcast in any way without our prior written approval. Violation of copyright laws is not only a crime, it also hurts our non-profit organization and the concerned producers who make these videos. If you wish duplicate copies, we will provide them at a discount.

PUBLIC PERFORMANCE
Institutional prices include license for non-commercial public performance (no admission fee may be charged). Inquire for other rights.

INDIVIDUAL TEACHERS
If you are an individual teacher and your school or district won’t pay for the videos you need, give us a call and we’ll try to work out a discount for you.
