HOW TO ORDER
Orders may be placed ONLINE or by PHONE, FAX, MAIL, or E-MAIL using a credit card or authorized Purchase Order (institutions only). To use Purchase Order online, please note the Purchase Order number when selecting payment options. Credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

You may find it convenient to print out and use our order form to the left. Please use both the item numbers and the title names when ordering. All orders must be accompanied by a purchase order number, check, or credit card to guarantee payment.
PREVIEWS FOR PURCHASE CONSIDERATION
We will send free previews for purchase consideration to educational and institutional buyers only. In order to ship previews, we require either a purchase order or a credit card number as insurance. You will then have 30 days to preview the program during which you may contact us to process a purchase or return it to us at no charge. Your card will not be charged unless we do not receive your return within the preview period. Extended previews are available for district, regional and university media buyers.
SHIPPING
Ordinarily, U.S. orders will be shipped USPS PRIORITY. Average transit times are 4-8 days. Orders are sent to our shipping facility the day after they are processed. If you place an order for overnight delivery on Monday, your package will arrive on Wednesday. If you require same day shipping, please call us to place your order at 1-800-4-PLANET. A $5 rush fee may apply. In cases where an item is on backorder, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Most of our films are available for purchase from any country in the world. All international orders (excluding Canada) must be pre-paid in US dollars. Please email or call us with questions about international delivery, PAL video format requirements, DVD regional coding, etc.

SCREENING RIGHTS
Unless otherwise noted, all prices on our site include a license for unlimited single site, non-theatrical, non-commercial, non-broadcast, internal use by the purchasing organization only. No admission fees may be charged, and no public uses are permitted (screening or use of the DVD with others outside the purchasing organization) unless a commercial license is purchased. These rights are non-transferable.
DIGITAL RIGHTS
Digital rights for most of our programs are available upon request. Please inquire.
OTHER LICENSES
Many of our titles are available for broadcast, cablecast, and/or footage licensing. Please inquire by email or telephone.
PRICING
We offer several levels of pricing to make our programs available to a wide range of institutions and groups. Our films are produced by independent producers who share in the revenue of every sale we make, and count on that income to help cover the high cost of producing media programs. If you are unable to afford the prices listed, please contact us. Prices are subject to change without notice.
LOW-BUDGET GROUP PRICING
We offer discount pricing on many of our titles to smaller non-profit organizations and community groups.
PUBLIC LIBRARY PRICING
Special pricing is available for circulation copies of our programs where no public performance license is required. Please inquire regarding pricing for specific titles.
BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS
We offer discounted pricing for bulk quantity orders. Please inquire via email or telephone.

All material available through The Video Project is protected by copyright law. Violation of copyright law is a federal crime. No program in any format, in whole or in part,may be used for commercial purposes, broadcast, or cablecast, or altered, recorded, rented, or duplicated in any way without our prior written consent.

We stand behind all of our programs. They have been selected for their excellent educational and social value. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days and we will provide a full refund, minus shipping cost.
